I said I’d be seein’ some progress soon, didn’t I? I’ve been working on following my Master’s advice and I’ve managed to start regaining! Hopefully I’ll be able to keep up this pace.

Started last week at the lowest weight I’d had in a long time — below 190 lbs. But I started getting advice from my Master (I mentioned him in last week’s post) and following it I was able to bring that back up by the weekend to 193.6.

And the weight’s still going up, I hope — woke up above 195# today for the first time since May.

Should be progress pics next week. I should have my new collar by then to show as well!
