Have you studied yourself as a gainer?  Have you learned your habits, your needs? Have you learned what helps you put on weight and what doesn’t—in regards to both calorie intake levels and all the little metabolism ‘cheats’ you read about?

I’ve been working on gaining for about a decade now; I’ve tried just about everything, and I’ve learned a lot about myself.  I notice that trying to talk about gaining with others can be a bit depressing for me, and I’ve found it isn’t just the lack of recent progress—it’s also that people tend to talk to me as though I were a beginner.  While I haven’t been able to extend my progress shot in quite a long time, I have made a lot of progress over the years.  I know how to do what I need to do. Trouble is, that’s never been my problem—but I guess y’all that’ve been reading me for a while already know that.

Love to you all.

Last week y’all didn’t get an update from me ’cause I was on vacation. I got the opportunity to meet my gainer buddy John and went out to eat a time or two. :9

Anyway. For the past while I’ve been sort of trying to save on food, since I’ve been short on roommates in the house and having to fork over more than usual on rent and bills.  But now we’re up to a full house and if things keep up at this rate I should be able to start spending money on proper cooking again, instead of living on nachos and pierogies.

Actually I was thinking (as I’m sure I’ve mentioned here before) of starting a separate blog for posting recipes and such.  Maybe next weekend I might put some time into setting that up.
