208.3 and wagons, falling off of.

Had a lousy weekend, gaining-wise. Saturday for the first time this year I didn’t even weigh in. Partly I would attribute this to relationship issues—being distressed or unhappy or preoccupied tends to weaken my desire to eat, and I pretty much had all of that going.

Even now I’ve not been feeling the push for calories. I don’t think I bought enough groceries this week to gain off of; hopefully I can get back in the mood, scrounge stuff up, and get back on track by the end of the week. (Well, I say back on track. In actuality I think I’m about ten pounds behind. Ugh.)
