Didn’t eat on budget at all last week and still somehow managed to poke upwards a bit.

Planned average daily intake (~3400 calories):

  • Lunch: seitan sandwich, potato chips
  • Snack: microwave burritos
  • Dinner: macaroni & cheese, Italian bread

In actuality I usually only got two out of those three meals, since I kept finding myself too sleepy to cook at the end of the day. I’ve since moved my dinner back an hour to compensate for this; hopefully that will help.

I’m hoping this week will go better, if only because I’ve got my boyfriend up here over Thanksgiving, and while I may be slacker enough to skimp on my own meals, I’m not going to let him go hungry. They do say eating with others does help people eat better; I guess we’ll get to test that theory.
