This week I went for the same sort of plan as last week, but with rather less in the way of results.  I would try it again for next week but I’m kind of getting tired of pasta in cheesy sauces.

On the positive side I have started working again, so if I can find a way to get calories in at work I should be good.

Don’t have much to say tonight, and no pictures to post, since I spent far too much of today setting up this new site and now it’s time for bed.   What do you guys think?
