Think I did better with the video this time… still shy, but sounding more like myself. Belly pics below the cut, after the transcript.

So… I have been feeling really huge this week. I don’t know why. I didn’t stick to my calorie budget or my menu at all, which generally means I’m eating a lot less than I ought to. On top of that, I ended up walking home twice this week, and twelve miles of walking is a lot more exercise than I usually get. even with all that on top of me, my belly’s been seeming bigger than usual for the past couple of days—I can feel it getting in the way—and when I got on the scale for my Thursday weigh-in, there I was at 200 pounds.

And that means I reached my goal for the month of December. For 2009 I plan on finally reaching my first major goal of 250. Of course, those who’ve been watching me for a while now know I’m not usually very good with hitting these goals I try for, so I’m actually aiming a little higher than 250, ’cause, you know… if I win, I win, and if I lose, I still might win. My goal for the first update of February the goal is 210. (I know, right?) It’s gonna be hard, but I’m gonna try my best… and I know y’all are gonna be helping me out, so.
