Apologies for the audio.  Didn’t come out too good, but better than I thought. (No, I don’t show my belly in this one.) Should I do more video posts like this?

Yep, this is Muke. I’ve been wanting to make these updates in person for a while, but it’s kinda rough ’cause I’m a little on the shy side, so go easy on me.

As far as progress goes, I still don’t have much to report—I’m up some, but just another fraction of a pound.. I’m going to be working hard on it this week though, at least outside of Christmas. (I’ve already told you all about me and gaining over the holidays.) I had to redo my grocery order twice last night to make sure I was getting enough calories in.

One thing I’m gonna make that I’ve been wanting is some sesame tofu. I was going to order some on Friday but the number of Chinese places you can order from online around here is limited, and I don’t have a phone. Well, I say it’s limited. There used to be one, now apparently there isn’t any anymore. I could have gone for pizza—I like me some pizza—but some nights ya just ain’t up for it, you know? So I found me a recipe online and I’m gonna try makin’ some of it myself this week.

    My vote is for more vid updates like this one. Its very illuminating (is that the correct word for it? dunno) to actually see you and hear your voice after following your progress so faithfully. Don’t be so shy about it, its really a pleasure to hear your voice and see you express yourself.
